What we build

Capture every variable that produced a result — climate, irrigation, nutrition, timing, intervention — so that a good harvest can be read back as a procedure and run again. What is not recorded cannot be repeated.

Close the loop between sensing and action. Setpoints, schedules and automated response for the growing environment, with limits that hold and a safe state to fall back to when something fails.

What works in one house should work in fifty without rewriting the playbook. Configuration rather than rebuild, so an operation can grow — or a method can move to another site — without starting over.
How we work
Agriculture is unforgiving of software that is clever but wrong: a bad decision costs a season, not a sprint. These are the rules we work by.

Automation carries out a decision; it does not own it. Every recommendation shows its reasoning and its inputs, and every loop can be overridden by the person standing in the crop.
Water, energy, nutrients and labour per unit of yield are numbers. We make them visible and hold ourselves to moving them, because that is what makes a method last beyond one good season.
