What ArchOrganix collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to ask us to delete it.
Last updated January 1, 2026
This policy explains how ArchOrganix (“we”, “us”) handles personal data on archorganix.com and in the applications we publish. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask us at master@archorganix.com and we will explain it.
This website
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no third-party analytics, embeds no advertising or tracking scripts, and loads no resources from other domains. Nothing you do here is used to build a profile of you.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, request time, requested path, user agent — for security and abuse prevention. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used to identify individual visitors.
When you contact us
If you email us, we hold your message and your address for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation, and no longer than three years after the last exchange. We use it only to reply. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Applications we publish
Each application states what it collects in its App Store privacy disclosure and, where the collection is more than incidental, in its own privacy notice. As a rule:
- We collect the minimum an application needs in order to work.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
- Where an application can work without an account, it works without an account.
- Where data can stay on your device, it stays on your device.
Any application that departs from these defaults says so explicitly before you use it.
Operational data from your site
Measurements, control history and other operational records from a site we work with are not personal data, and this policy is not what governs them. They are handled under the agreement covering that engagement, they belong to the operation that produced them, and we do not use them for any purpose outside that agreement — including training models for other customers — without a separate written arrangement.
Legal basis and your rights
Where the GDPR or the Korean Personal Information Protection Act applies, we rely on your consent for optional processing and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing our services for the rest.
You may ask us to:
| Right | What it means |
|---|---|
| Access | Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you. |
| Correction | Fix data that is wrong or incomplete. |
| Deletion | Have your data erased, where we are not required to keep it. |
| Restriction | Have us stop processing data while a dispute is resolved. |
| Portability | Receive your data in a machine-readable format. |
| Objection | Object to processing based on legitimate interest. |
Write to master@archorganix.com. We will confirm the request, verify that it comes from you, and complete it within 30 days. There is no charge.
Processors
We use a small number of service providers to host this website, deliver email and run our applications. They act on our instructions, are bound by contract, and may not use the data for their own purposes. We will name the provider handling a specific service on request.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
Data may be processed on servers outside your country. Where that happens we rely on the transfer mechanisms required by the applicable law, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on this website before they take effect.
