We take a growing operation from "it went well this year" to a system that can be measured, controlled and repeated. Engagements usually start with one of the following.

Instrumentation and the record

Making an operation legible. Sensing for climate, substrate, irrigation and energy, joined to the manual events that never make it into a sensor feed, and stored as one history you can query a season later.

Process

How an engagement runs

  1. Walk the site

    We visit the operation and work out what is measured today, what is decided by feel, and which of those actually costs you something. No charge, and no obligation to continue.

  2. Pilot one block

    Instrument a single house or block and close one loop end to end. Small enough to be reversible, complete enough to prove whether the approach earns its keep.

  3. Roll out

    Extend the same configuration to the rest of the site. The work here should be setup rather than rebuild — if it is not, the pilot was not finished.

  4. Operate

    Monitoring, seasonal review and updates. Either we run it with you under a maintenance arrangement, or we hand over a documented system. Decided at the start, not at the end.
