These terms govern your use of archorganix.com (the “site”), operated by ArchOrganix. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

The site is an informational website about our company and our work. Nothing on it is an offer to enter into a contract, a warranty, or professional advice you should rely on without talking to us first. Descriptions of our services are indicative; the terms of any actual engagement are the ones in the signed agreement covering it.

Software and applications

The applications we publish are licensed, not sold, and each is governed by its own licence agreement presented at or before installation. Where an application is distributed through the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless we supply a custom agreement in its place. Nothing on this page overrides those terms.

Acceptable use

You may read, link to, quote and share the contents of this site. You may not:

• use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or with anyone else’s use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or the systems behind it;
• scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other visitors; or
• present our material as your own, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code and marks on this site are owned by ArchOrganix or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Quoting a reasonable extract with attribution and a link is fine. Reproducing substantial parts of the site, or our marks, requires written permission.

Third-party links

Where we link to another organisation’s website we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
